Verification
Profiles must pass identity and reference checks before going live. False information may result in suspension.
Engagements
Households and helpers/agencies contract directly. Akoma facilitates trust records and incident reporting.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and related to completed engagements. Retaliatory or fake reviews are removed.
Incidents
Report safety or conduct issues via Akoma Guard. We investigate and may suspend accounts.
